Is your contact info up to date?


When your email or cell phone number changes, you might not think to alert your credit union to the change. However, keeping your contact information up to date in our system is more than just a matter of convenience. It is an important step to protecting your identity and money. If your information isn’t up to date, you may not receive important messages and verifying your identity may take longer. If we are attempting to contact you about suspicious activity on your account and are unable to reach you, it puts your money at risk. Please take a few minutes to ensure your information is current. 

How to update your information

If you use online account access

Login to your online account, then click on the "Services" tab. Here, you will find a link entitled "Address Change." This will take you to a form that displays your current address, email, phone number, and more. Update any out-of-date information, then submit and confirm your changes.

Some of your contact information can be updated over the phone. Simply give us a call at 931-680-1400 and we can help you with that.
