Donation & Sponsorship Requests

At Heritage South Community Credit Union, we’re proud to give back to the communities we serve in Middle Tennessee. We consider funding requests from nonprofits that focus
on one or more of the following areas:

  • Youth activities
  • Community programs
  • Disease or health programs
  • Veterans/military initiatives
  • Education and financial literacy
  • Child welfare and family charities
  • Law enforcement community initiatives

Heritage South Community Credit Union is unable to consider community sponsor and donation requests from:

  • Religious groups
  • For profit organizations
  • Political or partisan organizations
  • Travel ball or similar sports teams
  • Organizations/events located outside of our field of membership
  • Individuals, including those seeking funds for contests, pageants, trips, walks, relays, etc.

To be considered, all requests must be submitted using the official Heritage South Community Credit Union Community Sponsor and Donation Request Application. Applications must be recieved at least 30 days prior to the funding deadline. Completed applications should be dropped off at any Heritage South Community Credit Union Location. 

Due to the volume of requests, please allow up to 6 weeks to receive a response. Requests requiring urgent decisions will not be considered. A decision to decline a request does not reflect on the value or importance of the program. It simply means that the request does not align with our current giving priorities or available funding. All responses will be sent via email to the address listed on your application.
