Mortgages & Home Equity
Your house is more than just a set of walls and a roof. It's where your life happens every day. It's where memories are made, where you laugh and cry, where you live through the mundane as well as the extraordinary. It's your home.
At Heritage South Community Credit Union, we pride ourselves on helping when other's won't. Every day our mortgage officers go the extra mile to offer our members a variety of both in-house and secondary market loan programs. Our in-house mortgages offer flexibility and the security of knowing that your mortgage is held and serviced by your trusted lender. A secondary market mortgage loan is originated through Heritage South but underwritten, funded, and serviced by a conventional mortgage company. This provides additional options and competitive rates and closing costs for our borrowers.
Heritage South also offers VA loans! VA mortgage and refinance loans are available to eligible veterans and can offer a number of advantages over traditional loans. Talk to one of our mortgage professionals to find out more.
Are you in the market for a new home? Being pre-approved is a great first step to begin your search. Talk to a mortgage loan representative today to see if you can be pre-approved.
