This employee story comes out of our Fayetteville branch and highlights a great team effort between Morgan (not pictured) and Amanda. A new member visited us, wanting to deposit a loan check from another lender, but thanks to Morgan, the story didn’t stop there. She spotted an opportunity to help and brought Amanda in to take a closer look. Amanda was able to save the members an incredible 14.5% on their rate! Despite concerns about their credit score, the team delivered a solution that better fit their needs and provided the funds they needed. Just another real example of how we go the extra mile for our members every day!
