Questions? We’re here to help

We offer both in-house and secondary market mortgage options. We also offer VA, FHA, and RD loans for eligible borrowers. Your options will depend on your needs, qualifications, and the property you plan to purchase.

An in-house mortgage is held and serviced by Heritage South after closing. You can continue working with our local team when you have questions about your mortgage.

We originate a secondary market mortgage, while another mortgage company completes the underwriting, provides the funds, and services the mortgage after closing. This may give you access to additional loan choices.

Secondary market mortgage options may be available for eligible home purchases in all 50 states. Talk with our mortgage team to confirm availability for your location.

Pre-approval may be available and can help you understand how much you may be able to borrow before you begin shopping. Pre-approval does not guarantee final approval.

Yes. VA purchase loans are available for eligible veterans. Contact our mortgage team to learn about eligibility, terms, and the documents you may need.

Mortgage rates may change daily, so they are not listed as fixed rates online. Call our mortgage team for current information.
