Before you apply
We consider requests for
Eligible organizations and programs serving communities within:
Bedford, Cannon, Coffee, Franklin, Lincoln, Marshall, Maury, and Rutherford counties.
We’re unable to consider
Requests from religious groups, for-profit or political organizations, travel ball or similar sports teams, individuals, or organizations and events outside our service area.
How to make a request

Plan ahead
Submit your request at least 30 days before your funding deadline.
Send your request
Email your completed application to marketing@heritagesouth.org.
Please allow up to six weeks for a response. Requests requiring an urgent decision cannot be considered.
